Dorothy and her team have always gone above and beyond for my son who is a sick kids patient ensuring he knows when the newest wrestlers come in. She truly cares about all of her customers ensuring to ask about how they are doing not just trying to make a sale. The efforts of all of the staff here makes it feel like family not a business.
Love this location for its amazing collection of toys and especially the staff! Dorothy is fantastic- goes out of her way to let me know about the new stock of Disney cars that my son likes to collect! Always a warm and friendly environment !
Truly disgusting prices for hotwheels they are quadrupling the price of hotwheels based on how "popular" they are If they don't fix it I will report them to Ministry of Public and Business Service

#HotWheels Heaven❤️? One of my kids started enjoying Hot Wheels, I’m not going to fight this trend! But I’m a Dad and don’t have time to BROWSE a Wal Mart. This is a good, decent and honourable business ( despite the #Labubu reviews but these are collectors ) for an enthusiast. The Hot Wheels here were double the store, and 1/10th price of collector stores!! The selection was downright mind blowing and truly not breaking the bank for the couple items you’ve been dreaming about ( the #AudiRS6Avant for my Kid *ahem cough*) And like they keep the big guns behind the counter I didn’t take a picture of the VERY select and stunning rare stuff. I went to an Art gallery last week, we enjoyed this as much. Some of this stuff I never thought I’d see in my lifetime. My Amazon cart is empty, a small business is where I’m sending gift shoppers. If you’re out for Hot Wheels or with kids, there is a Toys R Us in Vaughan Mills AND a very big Lego store with all the new official Hot Wheels collaborations. My deep respect to the owners, for the way they run this space with kindness and respect for the art form and the joy of kids.
Liars, Do NOT buy Labubu’s from this store. They have an extra fake looking one for 35$ and another one that looks almost 98% real but isn’t for 70$. They are saying the 70$ one is real but it’s not at all. Asked the store worker twice if they are real they said yes. They’re clearly lying. Don’t waste your time or money for that stuff there
You're store is the reason why collecting has gone to the shits. We actual collectors have to compete with scalpers and now we have to do it with stores. The hobby is no fun no more. It was a great feeling to find a chase or super treasure hunt in the wild. Now u guys have taken that away as well. I would never purchase a single product from your store. Especially with the prices you charge when they are way cheaper anywhere else.
