Sent the wrong size cover, didn't even apologize. And now I have to take time out of my day to go drive to drop this cover off to get my money back. Buyer beware.

Ordered an MX4 on July 20th. Called the company prior to ordering and they told me the cover would be ready for pickup in 24-48 hours from the Vaughn location. Cover arrived late on the 23rd and told me pickup Monday to Friday 9-5. I arrived at the location at 4:30pm on the 27th and no one was at the facility. I called them and was told that they sent the wrong email and the cover wasn’t actually ready for pickup. Later that evening, they emailed that it was in fact the right email, but they had left early that day. I live far from the pickup location so they advised they would ship the cover to me directly. On the 30th they said it was shipped with Canpar and they were waiting on the tracking number. After following up numerous times the following week and being told the same thing, they emailed me on the 5th cancelling my order. Refund was received on the 10th. Wasted three weeks and a lot headache with these folks. Would recommend using a different vendor.
AMAZING SERVICE FROM BOTH OWNERS/PARTNERS. Went in knowing what I wanted but they still showed me all available options and the pros and cons of each. Shipping was long due to covid 19but they helped me track the order from start to finish! will def buy from them again if i need another tonneau cover
Amazing service, emailed around 8pm asking about a specific cover. I had a response in minutes and was assisted in locating the right product for my ram. I was able to pick up next day at their location and was out of there in minutes. I have recommended this place to a few friends, and will continue to do so. Great price, better than anywhere I shopped, considerably cheaper. Item took a bit to arrive but wasn’t excessive. They responded whenever I questioned anything!! Would definitely buy from them again!!!
