Initially, we had an issue with our wrap but the team at Toronto Car Wrap were appropriately responsive in remedying the situation. We will likely use them on future projects.
When these guys cut the wrap on the Jeep during installation, they also cut the paint, leaving hundreds of scratches on it. I brought it in to Fred, who then told me he would have it fixed by having the scratches buffed out. He told me he would cover the cost of the rental while this was being done. 3 days later I pick up the Jeep, and all he did was wash it. He didn't even cover the cost of the rental. Obviously after this, he stopped picking up the phone. I strongly encourage those considering to use this service to look elsewhere. I only wish there was a way to give him 0 stars. This is a legit review. I brought a new jeep there three years ago for a wrap that advertised Merit Travel. After i removed it 6 months later, I found the scratches, which line up with the edge of the wrap. And no, you didn't pick up the phone when I called, which was 20-30 times. I don't want anything from you. I just want people to understand the chance they are taking with your services.
