I shopped at this store yesterday during the Black Friday promotion and had a small but unpleasant experience. overall the team was professional and helpful. However, today when I came back to exchange one of my proteins, I met Nicole. She greeted me warmly, treated me with respect, and handled everything professionally. In my opinion, this store needs more staff like Nicole. Thanks to her, I will definitely return to this location again.

I had a great experience at this store! Steven was super helpful and took the time to give me lots of great recommendations for protein powder based on my goals. He really knew his stuff and explained everything clearly. He even made me a delicious protein shake to try. Definitely one of the best I’ve had! went into the store and one of the employees had an AirPod in and was on the phone while I was asking questions. I found that very rude and unprofessional, and I also received attitude from her. I don’t know her name, but she was short with black hair.

The manager, Dave, is absolutely wonderful and operates a friendly and professional establishment with great focus on excellent customer service. He personally followed through on an unfulfilled online order that was not even placed at his location and not only helped get my order refunded but kept my posted throughout the process. He even offered to honor the discount I had initially received on the unfulfilled online order for my next store. Like I said, went above and beyond for me and I'm sure he does the same for others. He's won a long-term customer in me.
