Excellent brick and mortar store which also provides a stellar online customer experience as I am in another city. That is a rare feat in Canada! So I was able to purchase from them a watch I could not locate locally, and not only did I get free shipping, but also a very competitive price (better than in store, to be frank) and timely communications. I highly recommend Maple Watch & Jewellery and will not hesitate to buy from them again, and I hope to visit them physically next time I am in the vicinity of their store!

Over the past couple of months, I bought 2 Seiko watches from Stephen at Maple Jewellers, a Recraft for a Christmas present and a Padi Diver for myself. I don't mind traveling 50 kms from my home to Maple Jewellers because of the exceptional customer service. I found Stephen to be professional, very knowledgeable and he always took the time to explain the various watch features. And his pricing is very competitive too. Nice selection of Seiko watches. Without my consent, they charged me $10 to fix a scratch(they claimed it was leftover glue residue from the protective glass sticker) that was already on the watch before I even purchased it. Sketchy people, but I got the watch I was looking for.
