We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Trade Sensations for our wedding coordination. From my first welcome call with Carla, I knew we'd be in great and capable hands. We had the pleasure of having Justin as our lead coordinator and he is the MVP! Wow, he was so helpful in our agenda meetings and really made us feel like we were ready for everything. Justin and Daiana were amazing during the wedding day. I am blown away by how smooth and perfect our day went. They also brought FANTASTIC and fun energy!! Everyone on the team seemed very experienced and knew weddings inside and out so we had full confidence in them. Trade Sensation Events made our wedding PERFECT!!!! A dream come true!! I had been scarred a few times in the wedding planning process with vendors who are disingenuous, but the Trade Sensation Team, Justin, Melissa, and Carla GENUINELY care so deeply about their clients. Justin called us whenever we were worried, or had concerns leading up to the wedding day. He is so professional, and knows weddings like the back of his hand. He brought such joy and energy to our special day. He is one of a kind - truly. Our friends and family LOVED him!!!! Melissa was so constantly supportive throughout the research stages of our planning. No matter our concern, restraints, or if things didn't work out, she never hesitated to go back to the drawing board and figure out something that would work for us. Carla always had our back, and is the rock of TSE. We cannot thank you, Justin, and Melissa enough. Our day went so smoothly, the guests were calling it the wedding of the century. They said it was flawless, and we didn't feel any bumps in the road. Coming from someone who wanted to elope, by the end of the night of this 230 person wedding I didn't want it to be over - all thanks to your execution.
It was wonderful to work with Trade Sensation for day-of coordination of our wedding. My husband and I made a last minute decision to seek out a day-of coordination package and are so happy with our decision. It was clear that the team was ready to dive in and support us, even within a short timeframe. Justin, the lead planner who worked with us, was so dedicated from the moment we were connected with him. He brought such wonderful energy, confidence, enthusiasm and jokes! He worked so hard and we truly cannot thank him enough. We were also very lucky to have Ky to help support our day. She was so kind and helpful and even made an unexpected run for metallic markers mid-wedding. We would recommend Trade Sensation and are incredibly grateful to Justin and Ky. So much stress was taken off our shoulders (and our family members’ shoulders). We are very fortunate that we got to enjoy a very joyful time with our family and friends.
This team is incredible! Carla was so informative when we were seeking advice and looking for a day of coordinator. Justin and the rest of the team made my wedding day a dream. Trade Sensations was a dream to work with! We got married in August 2024 - and naturally we were a little sceptic using a company we found on the internet. From the lead up to the actual wedding day, their whole team showed up for us in a BIG way. They really made the entire day go smoothly, managing everything behind the scenes. My niece and nephew were the only kids that attended our wedding and our photographer caught a picture of the trade sensation team spending time with them to ensure they were occupied and enjoying themselves. Cannot thank these guys enough, and a special out to my homeboy Justin - he's amazing and don't have enough great things to say about him. HIGHLY recommend these guys! Thank you to the entire team!
I was extremely happy with Trade Sensation's level of professionalism and organizational skills. My husband and I were so overwhelmed in thinking we could coordinate everything ourselves. With a few months left to go, thank goodness we had Justin to help us! He is an absolute rockstar and I fully believe our wedding would not have went as smoothly as it did without him.
