I cannot recommend Natalie and her team enough for wedding decor! She made my wedding day a dream come true with the beautiful decor she provided. She was such a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to get the chance to work with her again!!
Not talking about the prices,or how rude was this person when she blocked me from calls before my weedding,and forced me to call her from my fiancee's cellphone.....but I am talking about professionalism at work . She or stuff put the bride and groom Table far away from the backdrop decor about 8 feets, you can see in the photo , it was unacceptable to sit and give your back to the people, and the table was without any cover , the back for the family chairs was falling down " most of them " Paid : $5500 Same decor was used handerd times in different weddings but the prices getting high year after year " for nothing " Think about it ?
I’m so grateful to Natalie’s Prestige for making my wedding absolutely beautiful! Natalie was professional, on time, and so easy to work with. The flowers and décor were stunning — I received so many compliments from guests. Everything was elegant and thoughtfully done. She truly brought my vision to life and made the day feel magical. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend. Hired her in 2019, paid her the deposit and a few months later, Covid hit & we weren’t (legally) allowed to proceed with our wedding. She ignored me for months and then refused to give our deposit back.
I would not recommend this vendor to anyone who values communication or professionalism. We booked with her back in September of 2024, and after I sent back the signed contract, we didn’t hear from her again until April 1st, 2025, when I emailed to introduce our wedding planner. From the beginning, it was nearly impossible to get clear answers to even basic questions. She didn’t follow up, didn’t share any details, and generally made us feel like we were chasing her just to stay informed. When we introduced our planner in an email to get things moving, she didn’t even acknowledge that someone new had been cc’ed let alone respond appropriately. On top of that, she repeatedly reminded us that $4100 was a “small” amount for her services, as if that justified her lack of attention and care. I wish I had gone with my gut after reading past reviews and meeting her, but my fiancé wanted to give her a chance. Unfortunately, we ended up feeling so uneasy and unsupported that we decided to book with someone else just seven weeks out from the wedding. Before posting this review, we reached out to ask for our deposit back since she had literally done nothing for us, and she refused. I wish I could give zero stars. Save yourself the stress and find a vendor who actually respects your time, money, and big day!
Had Natalie decor our wedding and it was absolutely magical. We received many compliments about the decor, I also loved my bouquet, overall the best experience I have ever had. If I go back in time I would still choose her to decor our wedding. Thank you so much Natalie❤️❤️❤️
I just want to come here & give out a review for Natalie who did both my sister’s weddings one in August of 2021, & September 30 2022 I have included her work from 2022 that she just did , she goes above & beyond for her clients and her brides, she is attention to detail and listens to what the couple want, Natalie is absolutely the most sweetest kindest person I have ever met. You won’t be disappointed if you go with her, believe me she has high quality stuff & beautiful fresh flowers… I am shocked at these negative comments that all of a sudden came at the same time from a sad sad bride that are clearly from sad people who are also probably related to her who don’t want to pay the money &are just cheap people , if you don’t want nice decor & think she’s expensive then go to Michael’s & buy your own supplies and decorate your hall. Please do not listen to people & do your own shopping within her. You won’t be disappointed at all. Again thank you Natalie for such a beautiful job.
