Had my rim repaired after it was indented from a pothole — Rim Perfection did an amazing job. The service was fast, professional, and they kept me updated with both calls and texts. The rim looks brand new. Highly recommend them for anyone needing quality and efficient wheel repair.
I had one rim that was bent on the front side, and was causing fairly aggressive vibration at all speeds. So I took it to rim perfection for a fix. It was easy to get it set up, drop off and pickup was a perfect experience. All the staff were friendly. Cosmeticly, the rim came out looking perfect, but I'm not sure the quality of the repair was quite there. They had told me all vibration would be eliminated totally and that the rim would be like brand new. Apon driving away, I noticed subtle barley noticble un evenness in the drive. But when going in an 80 zone very noticeable vibration from the rim were apprent. Over the week end I took it to another place to have all 4 wheels re balanced to rule out any other issues. After that visit I was told that the repaired rim was about 3% bent still and not balanced correctly. After the rebalance it improved again but the vibrations were still very noticeable at and above 100km/hr. Below that speed it's still fairly smooth. In summary the shop did improve the situation but the quality of the repair was not as promised. To he fair I did not expect a 100% perfect fix, but the result was less then my orginal expectations too.
I had my 2 passenger side wheels repaired for curb rash about 3 weeks ago. They have so much going for them. Friendly customer service, responsive to emails, on-time as promised, budget friendly, and great workmanship. So why the 3 star? They lack attention for the details. They threw out my 2 custom metal valve stem caps. Not a big deal but I expect to have everything returned. Then they promised to replace them at their own expense but its been 3 weeks - crickets. The bigger issue is they failed to match the single color OEM paint (dark charcoal metallic) on the wheels. The right side is now about 2 shades lighter than the OEM. Not noticeable unless I point it out because you can only see one side at a time but I know. Overall satisfied but disappointed.
Terrible workmanship! Orange peel everywhere and cracking off instantly for top dollar, paid over $1500 for a set of wheels …they had promised me multiple dates and never came through on any of them, they had the wheels for over a month and still rushed last minute to get them done and made me wait, they are offered to redo them, now no response from owner… don’t want them touching my stuff anymore and keeping them for months on end
Nightmare experience. These guys had my rims for almost an entire year. It took three attempts to get my rims refinished properly with a half decent, but still disappointing quality of finish. Communication was very poor. It was like pulling teeth getting my rims back. "Next week, next week etc". This went on for almost a year. Approximately 6 months later and the finish is peeling off the rims already. Total junk. Please don't waste your time. Cody was super polite and tried his best with the situation.

No these guys are so good it makes me want to curb my wheels again so I can interact with their wonderful customer service and they can fix my wheels again. 10/10 would recommend
