Went today to get my MacBook Pro keyboard keys fixed they fell off around 5 keys instead of changing the whole keyboard the person gave me a alternative option just to replace the missing keys, works as original apple now. This shop has saved me a lot of money highly recommended. Price, fast service they are much better then a lot of shops around here been to a lot of them this is the best around here so far.
I Called to replce Screen for my Apple Laptop pro. The guy who talked was very rude, and hard in communication. Looks he was yelling. But when I went to shop, He acted professionaly. Replced screen quickly and changed battery. . Battery did not work well and caused starting issues. I went back, they listened to me, addressed my concern, replced by existing battery. My laptop working well. I am happy with services. I would say, their job is great, communication is worst.
Great price, quality work! One thing to note was when I received my laptop it had some sort of space gray/clear skin tape covering the top, I'm assuming it's to cover a few dents or so. But overall I got exactly what I ordered (in great shape) and absolutely no complaints for the great price I got it for! All of their MacBooks appear to come with a genuine apple battery!
They sent a defective battery and then ghosted on the refund. We paid to ship it back to them and we got zero response or refund. Beware of scams from this company or negligence at minimum.
They ripped me off on eBay. I had to locate their physical location as they hide behind a generic name "techexpert2018". They sold me a defective battery, and I explained to them that I could not return it right away because we do not live in Canada. They agreed to let us return it the next time we came to Canada, so we sent back the defective battery and then they ghosted us. No refund of the product and we have delivery confirmation to their address. After a half dozen messages through eBay with no response, I decided to track them down. We basically were sold something that didn't work (tested in two identical laptops), paid to ship it back to them and lacking all professionalism, they decided to ignore me. We cannot review them on eBay because we "returned" the item. This is not the first time they've done this according to a recent reviewer on eBay that was smart enough to review them first within the return period.
I have been dealing with laptop pro since they open their doors and always receive the best service and parts. They honor any warranty issue and replace it right away.
