Excellent customer service is what I can say. After looking other places in detail, I and my wife were finally able to find at Anderson the hardwood that we liked the most. Jake was able to help us select the best product and made the entire process of selecting and delivering the products for entire house renovation very easy. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment I picked up the order. When I picked up the order everything was shrink wrapped, clean, and they were very help getting everything loaded as well. They were also the best price around.
