Larissa (ultrasonographer) was super accommodating and squeezed me in as a walk in after a quick chat with her team member , who explained to her that another facility screwed up my scheduled appt. Thank you

I kindly request that the call recording from today between 1:50 PM and 1:55 PM with an employee named Marry be reviewed. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. Throughout the call, I was repeatedly interrupted, not even allowed to finish my sentences, and the call was abruptly ended without any explanation. Being dismissed with a “I’m busy” attitude and treated with such disrespect is truly surprising and disappointing. This kind of behavior seriously damages the organization’s image and undermines trust in its service quality. I hope this incident is taken seriously and properly addressed.

DOORS need to replaced with curtains ...... service was fast and woman who assisted me in xray was polite and courteous. one thing i would strongly recommend is to somehow find a way or make a door which can be locked from inside because there are 3 curtains ie 3 small cabins for changing. my recommendation is to put a door where it can be locked from inside because anyone coming out of Xray room can forget which cabin he or she was in and make a mistake going into the wrong cabin as during xray procedure it does take a few minutes and when come out of the xray room patient might not remember which cabin he or she was in and then going in to wrong cabin by mistake because there is no door but only curtain there. this is my feedback for them.

Great staff but the parking!! It took me 20 minutes to find a spot. I thought my car was going to get hit and people were going to start punching. Next time I book here I'll ask if the staff know of a downtime as there are too many buildings sharing this one lot.

I visited the admission desk to book an appointment for my ultrasound test. The receptionist scheduled my appointment for Saturday, February 8, at 10 AM and even wrote the time on the top of my requisition form. However, when I arrived at the lab on time, another receptionist at the front desk told me there was no available slot for my test and that I would have to return next Friday. I fail to understand the reason behind this situation.

12 week ultrasound Oct 18. Had a female tech. Compare to other ultrasound tech I have experienced during this pregnancy (had to do a few due to some issue) she is as expected from a busy public location. Neither super friendly nor rude. It's out first baby after a miscarriage we were looking forward to 12 weeks ultrasound, asked if husband can come in to take photos and videos. Was expecting from other people's experience with their 12 weeks we can take a lot of photos and videos. She was quite cold and only did 1 screenshot and that was it. Didn't allow my husband to do more. During the ultrasound it seems the baby was in a difficult position to view and we had to use the washroom and hope the baby turns. Eventually it did, and I was hoping to see more. I wasn't upset in the moment. But after coming home these two days and I kept seeing people 12 weeks ultrasound with many videos and photos.. I realised we just had a not-so-great experience and will not get to experience this till hopefully 19/20week ultrasound. Hope the tech can remember for the patient sometimes it's their first time and they are all excited, so to remember to be kind. They may do it everyday, but for us patients it's a rare occasion and should be a happy and memorable one.

    Hi, we do not record our calls. I did however speak with the booking admin regarding your call. Apologies for how you were made to feel. No matter how busy we are, every call should be handled as if it is the only one for the day. Thanks for sharing, feedback is important.
