Absolutely pathetic. It took me 15 minutes to find somewhere to park to go in the showroom to see what I was interested in. When I did go in, there were more desks and salesmen than vehicles. The few vehicles that were in the showroom were not even worth looking at. Honestly, it looks like a desperate den trying to look like a Ford and Lincoln dealership. This dealership definitely needs some major staff, management, and administrative changes.

Despite his team being at full capacity, he made the effort to fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday, going above and beyond to accommodate me. Not only did he take the time to ensure I was taken care of, but he also thoroughly investigated the issue with my truck, identified the root cause, and got it fixed. His dedication and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts.
Will never come back…. Awful experience, came to fix the reverse camera, the diagnosis was $500 and after the appointment the horn is not working nor the soon roof, they were disconnected. But they won't respond for this. Even though the horn and soon roof were working prior the appointment. I used to come here all the time for my service… not anymore.
The man who answers the phone in the service department has a serious attitude problem. I would suggest coaching him on proper customer service or move him to another role.
Great service and overall quite happy with the used truck I bought, but I give a 1 star for negotiating. I asked for a tank of gas to be thrown in and they charged me for it in the fine print, and they obviously knew what i meant, i could have filled my own tank if i had to pay for it. . Also all in price advertising is the law but they have some administrative fees also. So otherwise a 5 star for experience, but that sneaky negotiating leaves a sour taste. More like what you would expect at a back road etobicoke dealer than at a "reputable" Ford dealer. Also the weird thing of having to wire the money and they won't accept bank draft. Just seems odd, and costs an extra $50 also.
One of the worst dealers. Do not service your car here. They told me I would have my car back in 1.5 hours. It's been 3 hours and the car hasn't even made it into the shop. They said it would be another 2 hours! Waiting for 5 hours is ridiculous when they promised 1.5 hours.
I bought f250 from Jennifer Liu. She was so warm hearted, explaining all those confusing problems to me. Plus, she helped me get the lowest price. I would like to recommend this Fort Service and Jennifer Liu to all my friends who want to buy Fort. That was a wonderful experience.
