I had a great experience at Sally’s thanks to Rehana. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They WILL follow you around the store if you're black, especially the brown lady with the hijab. I wasn't able to shop in peace at all with her constantly hovering over her shoulder. Something needs to be done about this because while i was there, I didn't see her following around anyone else and its happened the multiple times that I've been there. Horrible shopping experience all around 0/5
They will follow you around and not let you shop in peace if you’re black. There were white women in the store and didn’t bother to follow them. everything I picked up to look at, the older brown woman there insisted she’d take it to the counter for me, not even allowing me to read the labels. Shop here if you support racism.
They don’t know their own return policy. Had to get customer service to call the store and explain why my return was allowed. What a joke and an absolute waste of time.

Lukia at the major Mac and weston location is absolutely amazing! I came in a mess with so many questions and not only was she friendly and knowledgeable but the products she suggested actually worked really well!!! I am so grateful for her help! She is a great value to your company!
I have never had a bad experience here, I come at least once a month. This time there was new workers and it was Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer service, the worker did not ask me if I needed any help and proceeded to roll her eyes twice at me when I asked a question. Will never return to this location again!
