This is a place for LICENSED professionals , not general public.. Great service, most girls there know quite a bit about the products and are helpful. Love this location, lots of products to choose from.
I wanted to shop at the location to grab things for my Lash Studio. For context, I have been a Lash Artist/Brow Artist for 4 years. I emailed 2 certificates and was told that because I didn't take a Lash Course provided by an accredited school I was not allowed to shop at the establishment. The lash industry is a very large and saturated profession. A lot of techs provide their own trainings. To tell someone that their certificate is invaluable and not recognized with you is kind of discriminatory. I think they should reconsider and do a little more research on the lash industry before they turn really dedicated and hard working techs who want quality products, AWAY.
Venus is my go to place to purchase all my hair products and needs. It is always stocked up with awesome workers who are always willing to help and provide great recommendations on products. Highly recommend coming to Venus for all your needs
Worst store to buy, being a professional hairstylist I would suggest to go buy from Cosmoprof or any other hair supply store. They will not return or exchange any of the items. It was my first time buying from modern beauty since it was close to my house but no thanks i will take my business to someone else. Update: i got the call back from the store and they happily exchanged the item for me. Will be buying again!!
I absolutely love this location. Not only does it have a great selection of brands and products but Nancy is also very helpful. The ladies are very knowledgeable and give great recommendations.
