If I could turn back time, I would run in the opposite direction of this store. I bought my wedding dress in mid-January for a November 1, wedding — more than enough time, right? Especially since I was reassured, over and over, that “Mariana does alterations in-house.” That line was a huge part of why I trusted them. I chose a simple Justin Alexander gown — nothing elaborate, nothing that should take months to arrive. Yet somehow, that’s exactly what happened… Starting in July, I followed up constantly, because no one bothered to proactively update me. Each time I called or emailed, I got the same empty line: “It’ll be here next week.” Next week came and went. Over. And over. And over. By September, I was in full panic mode — because anyone who has ever planned a wedding knows alterations take time. When the dress finally showed up mid-September, I had zero trust left. I couldn’t risk leaving the most important dress of my life in the hands of people who couldn’t even give me a straight answer for two months. So I took it elsewhere. And here’s the best part: the seamstress I went to told me the fabric had already been cut. There wasn’t enough time left to do the alterations I needed so the dress didn’t even fit that well and I ended up despising it because it was tied to one of the most stressful experiences of my entire wedding. I wasn’t offered any money back from Mariana even after how dissatisfied I clearly was. After all those delays. After all the dodging and vague promises. After reassuring me endlessly that “everything was fine and I have a lot of time” I don’t even know where this dress actually came from. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Ever.
I had the most amazing experience at Mariana’s! Veronika was so caring, patient, and professional — she truly understood what I was looking for and made the whole process such a joy. Mariana and her team put so much effort into every detail, making sure my dress was absolutely perfect. I truly felt like a princess every time I walked through their doors. Couldn’t recommend them more!
After weeks of searching for a wedding dress with my sister, we happened to step into Mariana's Bridal - and I'm so glad we did. Mariana was incredibly helpful, patient and never pushy. She genuinely wanted me to find something I loved and felt confident in. She helped me try on a few dresses, and that's when I found the one. She even suggested a veil that matched my grown perfectly, down to the detailing. When it came to fittings and alterations, she was there every step of the way - supportive, meticulous, and truly talented. On my wedding day, I felt absolutely beautiful, and I owe so much of that to her care and expertise. I can't recommend Mariana's Bridal enough to any bride-to-be!

Over almost 10 months of fittings and alterations, she was there every step of the way—patient, supportive, and incredibly talented. She not only perfected my dress but also helped me choose the most beautiful veil to complete the look. On my wedding day, I truly felt like a princess, and I know I wouldn’t have without Marianna’s care and expertise.
While at first I loved this store, when going back for my mom’s dress, Mariana was extremely rude to my mom when confirming with her sisters for a $1500 dress. We took about 10 minutes to decide; in fact, we bought the dress same day, but took our business somewhere else. Pressure tactics are never classy. Very unimpressed.
I wish I could give more than five stars for Mariana and all gorgeous dresses she has. That’s the place to go if you are looking for a dress full of elegant details with quality, the high quality lace made my eyes shine. The service is amazing, she helps you to find, helps you to dress, her energy is amazing! Thanks Mariana’s boutique to make this stressful search ends like a dream coming true.
My mom and I went into this shop and left less than 30 minutes with the biggest smiles on our faces. Mariana and Veronika were so warm and kind and I wish I would have went in sooner. The space is beautiful, big, and made me feel like a bride. I'm so glad I found this gem! ❤
