I had such great experience at the Royal Bridal Boutique! I would 100% recommend coming here to look for a dress! This was my first shop that I had been to trying on dresses and this is where I bought my dream dress. Every single person at the boutique was so kind and lovely and helpful. They made my group and I feel so comfortable and made the experience so enjoyable. The original dress that I tried on had straps and I had wanted strapless and they made it happen. They customized my dress to exactly how I pictured it. The fittings afterwards were amazing, they altered my dress to perfection and made sure it was absolutely perfect before giving it to me before my big day! Their prices AND quality are unmatched! So so happy with the whole experience!
Beyond happy that I randomly drove by this store while running an errand in the plaza on my lunch break! I walked in with zero expectations, and just wanted to browse. Rosa was the first person to greet me. We got talking about my wedding, and how I already chose my ceremony dress but that I was searching endlessly for my after-party dress. I showed her some of the ideas I had, and some of the dresses I have purchased online but ultimately returned or changed my mind because it just didn't fit my vision. I showed her my sparkly boots that I planned on wearing and she advised me to come back in about a month as some more options would be coming in store. I returned in just over a month while on my lunch break just to take a quick look as I planned on coming back Sunday to try some on. The first dress I saw happened to be on the sale rack and in my size - Rosa saw me and remembered me from my previous visit so we decided to try it on quickly - needless to say it was the perfect fit and exactly what I was envisioning but I needed to ensure the dress worked with my boots so I came back on Sunday as planned. I met with Alexis because Rosa was with another bride. She helped me pick out a few other options to try before putting on the first dress again. We both agreed the others weren't doing it so we put the first one and BAM! THIS IS THE DRESS. All it needs is a hem to be shortened and maybe a rhinestone belt to tie in the boots. I am so thankful for the assistance I received from both Rosa and Alexis - their enthusiasm and genuine interest in my wedding and boots made the experience that much more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend Royal Bridal Boutique. The whole team was amazing to deal with. I can't wait to update this review with pictures of the dress after the wedding day reveal!! Thank you thank you thank you. :)
Huge selection of lovely gowns, lots of ball gowns, but I was looking for cleaner cut dresses and the staff was very helpful finding dresses I’d love. They were respectful and friendly and made me feel beautiful and welcome, and helped guide us through the sometimes high emotion experience of dress shopping. I never felt pushed into buying a dress or going over my budget, they were so kind and accommodating truly seeming to want to find something I’d absolutely love within my budget. Thank you Royal!
Came here to look at wedding dresses. Cathy and Grace were so amazing! They truly made this an unforgettable experience and I got to say yes to the dress and be celebrated in such a loving way. Highly recommend coming here!
Fantastic experience here. The largest selection of dresses we saw at any of the boutiques. The customer service is top notch. Not once were we rushed. It felt like they genuinely cared and they went above and beyond. Both of us said yes to the dress!
I walked in the store without an appointment. Rossa was very generous to accommodate us. She showed us the bridal gowns within our budget and liking. Rossa was very knowledgeable and kind, gave attention to details. Her Positive attitude and passion for her work will bring us back to the store.
