I had a great experience dealing with Kevin from the sales department. He took his time explaining the whole process to me clearly and patiently. Unlike a lot of salespeople who try to rush you or upsell you, Kevin was honest and straightforward. He answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me, and really helped me understand what I needed to know. If you’re looking to buy a car, definitely ask for ((Kevin)), he’ll take good care of you.
Well it seems that my first review was deleted !!! Calvin the finance manager is a paranoid guy , in his non existent brain , he assumes everyone is a fraudster , even with all original papers & documents , he finds some non existent issue .. folks DO NOT trust this guy… while I was dealing with him he showed me another customer info asking for my opinion whether the docs he had submitted were legit !!!! Apparently the other customer was purchasing an Escalade declaring his salary to be 170k annually and he showed me the guy’s paystub, letter of employment to ask my opinion regarding the legitimacy of them !!!!
Very negative experience with these guys. Avoid the service department, go somewhere else. Car was in the shop for way longer than reasonable, and when you try to reach them they give you the runaround or straight up don't pick up the calls. I always hear of friends having great service with their cars, getting treated like a proper client. Not here...
Hi there, I usually do not like to review negative experiences, but I had no choice in these circumstances to report that the service department at this institution is very poor for customer service. A closely related member brought their car for service and they did not fix the issue. When attempting to reach the service dept., the workers ignored their customer's phone calls and never responded. Also, the dealership never offered for any loaner vehicles. I do not like the feeling of spending thousands and being ignored and ghosted. As a high end Cadillac dealership, you would expect professional service at the highest standards and exemplary customer service. I am just very angry and disappointed. I hope they will read this review and rectify the situation. I am speechless and beyond comprehension. I would not recommend anyone to service their cars at this institution.
I’d been having issues getting my Escalade fixed after several attempts at other dealerships and Johnathon got me booked in right away and my car was fixed the very next day. Service was great, friendly and communicative through out. Thank you!. Will definitely be marking this dealership as my home base for service.
I had the best experience buying a car at Roy Foss and the sales help by Mahammed. He is very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole sales process including showing me all the bells and whistles in the car. Job well done!
After waiting a couple of months for a car because of the shortage, Andrey made it happen! He was able to find an even better/nicer model than what I initially wanted and made the whole process super quick and easy. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience, I would definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle at this dealership and make sure to ask for Andrey if you want 10/10 service!
