We came about 4 weeks ago and saw Avneet, we were not sure about which car to get and then when we decided, we called her right back and came on a Saturday and got the car delivered on Tuesday with top service and understanding. I would like to thank the team at RoyFoss Woodbridge, for their professionalism, and kindness. When I called originally I dealt with Eva, she was extremely knowledgeable and passed me onto Larry, I met with Larry on Wednesday afternoon, I immediately sensed he know his business and he made me feel very comfortable. Furthermore, I asked if the Cadillac could be delivered and he was quick to say he would do that for me. My dad bought a brand new 2024 cadillac XT4 from this dealership. Since the start it was giving him problems and it’s within the warranty so they would tell us to bring to fix, we brought it over 4 times and they couldn’t fix the problem. Imagine buying a brand new car and having to deal with the problem because they can’t fix it. We’re now stuck with a brand new Cadillac the squeaks like an old car. Thanks Cadillac for the great help…. lol.
I usually don’t write any reviews, but today I had too. The worst experience with service department. They had my car for 2 days to replace a part, but nothing was replaced. The service advisor told me they need 6 hours to replace the part, but after 2 days nothing was done. I asked 3 times for manager to call since September 23, but I haven’t heard anything back from manager. I took my car to a different dealership and it was done in couple of hours. I will never take my car to this dealership for service again. Worst experience.
Today, my spouse and I bought a GMC Sierra from here. The car is excellent, and Keenan took great care of us, completing the sale within two days. Many thanks to Keenan. I definitely recommend this dealership.
