I came to this shop on Monday for a simple tire change. The very next day I had flat tire. I went to a nearby tire shop and found out that all 4 of my tires had a slow leak. The owner sprayed all 4 tires with soap water in front of me to show me that the leaks were coming from the valves. They were all damaged and should have been replaced. He told me that who ever put on my tires should have informed me of that. I called Sam the next day to inform him that I had to pay an additional 150 to fix the valves and he simply told me it’s not his problem and that he would not reimburse me. A simple tire swap ended up costing me 300$. After reading other reviews it seems like these guys refuse to reimburse you for there mistakes.
What other local shops couldn't fix on my Mercedes GL 350, Sam and his team did. Honest, clean and friendly shop. Hard to find now-a-days. The suspension on my vehicle feels just like new. Thanks to Sam and his team!
I visited this shop while on route for an errand and my car required some service. While there, I noticed a sign displayed near the front desk area offering a complimentary keychain to customers who leave a positive Google review. For general awareness, Google’s publicly available policies advise that businesses should not offer incentives in exchange for reviews, as this can affect the integrity of customer feedback. For reference, I have attached a photo. Additionally, if you look at an older review’s from 2023, you can see a similar sign in the background when you zoom in on the left side. I’m sharing this observation.
Although they have a great welcoming staff, they took over 2 hours to spray the air conditioning fluid into the system. That is a task that doesn’t take long and they took an unnecessary amount of time. I had many things to do that I was unable to do due to the lack of time. This is unacceptable.
Always going above and beyond for me! Everyone in my household now goes there. Very efficient, and explain thoroughly. As a mom who is always on the go with my kids, I can always ask a question or two if I hear any sound from car.. Highly recommend Sam & the team to assist at any time.?
My Dad had his brake job done at a GM dealer and after they did the job he heard loud squeaking coming from the wheel where the brake was changed. He took it back multiple times at GM dealer and they seem not to know what the problem was. He then took it to Hwy 7 & 50 Automotive and Sam heard the noise and knew exactly what the problem was and he then have his mechanic Daniel perform the job. Daniel took the wheels apart and found that the pads were stuck on the calliper. He then removed the calliper and pads and serviced them. He also grind the rotors and assembled it back. After the job was done we took it for a test drive and no noise and even up to this day. Sam and his team found the problem and fixed it. My dad is pleased with the job, I recommend anyone who needs service go to Sam at Hwy 7 & 50 automotive.
