Even though I wasn’t an existing customer, they took the time to walk me through my options and gave me clear, honest guidance without trying to upsell me on anything. It’s so refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about helping people. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here in the future. Highly recommend!
Tamburro Brothers have been servicing my vehicles since the early 1980's, when Sid, Conrad and Mark's father and uncle ran the business. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. They have never steered me wrong. The facility is clean and Palma, their receptionist is pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them.
The people were nice, they did the work and it was actually way less expensive than we assumed it would be. Only issue is that they did not call when they were done; we called later in the day to find out that they had finished. Regardless, I was very satisfied with my experience here. One issue that is an odd noise with the fan was unresolved, but the noise hasn't been happening for a while. They checked it out but couldn't find the issue either. I appreciate them taking a look at the issue anyway.
The whole crew here defines excellence. Always look out for their customers and ensure safety first. You will not find better, as these guys are the best!
Honest, reliable, fairly priced & friendly. We've all had car service done by a shop that turned out be less respectable than a used car salesperson, a lawyer or a politician so when I found Tamburro, I took my truck there and prayed. Since that first visit I have appreciated having TGR as my regular vehicle service shop. Primo work, promo advice, fair & good value pricing and a primo family operation. You'll be hard pressed to find better. Highly recommend.
