After someone butchered my sound system . I brought my truck here to get looked at . After two hours of tweeking with my dsp the gentleman here gave me back my music . Originally the dsp would not shut off and it would kill the battery . It’s been two weeks and everything is working well . Do your self a favour and just come here .

Absolutely phenomenal is one way to explain it. John is such an awesome guy with the most respect and care towards you and getting the job done right. Amazing clean work he knows how to assess any issue and make it right and helps you understand everything that is going on. Literally felt like I knew the him for ever and I had just met him. I'm more than happy to have brought my car to get worked on and very grateful that John solved my problem and blessed my ears with an amazing set up. Hate to be the first bad review but I am still bothered by my experience there. First of all they did not install anything on my vehicle I am sure they know what they are doing but I was given an absurd quote of $2000 to install a speaker system in 03 BMW got it installed fot 600$ By another shop and am extremely happy with the results.
I legit just left the store. John is an amazing guy, great customer service, very knowledgeable and I respect that he does not take short cuts to get a job done. The reason this is a full 5 star is because not only did I want a new head unit but he hard wired my dash cam. I have an Audi TT 05 Quattro. He saved me a lot of space just by doing that. I highly recommend John. I will be coming back to do a remote start for another car.
Suzuki 2003 XL- 7 - installing head unit kenwood dnx996xr . I could not be happier - been enjoying John's installations for a while. He is simply amazing gentleman - no only his craftsmanship is technically impeccable, but he is also he has " musical " ears. He cares for reproduction ( imagining, soundstage , tonal balance), He always does beautiful work, - aesthetically pleasing installs . Very fair guy and pleasure to work with - highly recommended !
