I found Mirza to be extremely disorganized. She cancelled home consults twice, same day. The other reviews here seem so good, so I gave her a second chance after the first same day no-show. Given that lack of respect for my time, I didn’t have the confidence in her and her team to continue trying to schedule a third consult.
Mirza did not complete the order as it was written down and signed for. When asked how he will fix it he lied and tried to dye the mistake. When I contacted him to ask if this is what happened he never responded. Very disappointed.
Truly pleased with the work done by Mirza and his team at Stairs First. Mizra was immediately responsive to a request for a quote, visited our home within 48 hours, answered our questions and returned prior to installation with the material to confirm we would be satisfied wit the look of the runner for our stairs. Installation happened shortly thereafter, professionally and beautifully done - great quality at a great price. Recommend without any hesitation!
Our need for a runner became apparent when our two condo pugs were having difficulty figuring out how use the stairs in our house. The ease of the initial home visit to the installation of the runners on all three floors was seamless. Now our two wee pugs get to follow me everywhere I go.
