I love to come here to catch a bite and get my studying done! The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever known. Truly great place, love to sit and talk with friends!
Finding a café in the GTA that checks all the boxes for a good study spot is hard—but Scoops and Brew House truly delivered. It had everything I look for: not too noisy, moderate foot traffic, decent seating, great lighting (no glare headaches!), accessible outlets, and good music at the right volume. Food and drinks are tasty and affordable, and the windows add a nice touch for some sunlight/view of the outdoors. Service is friendly, and they let you sit for hours without feeling rushed. Even the washroom was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Although it’s not an area I usually visit because Highway 7 in Woodbridge can be hectic, the café was easy to find, and parking in the plaza was sufficient. The only minor inconvenience was needing to make a U-turn since there’s no direct light into the plaza. We arrived around 7:15 AM and were the only ones there. There were a good number of customers that stayed and others that did grab n' go during our 5-hour study session. The space was spotless, including the accessibility-friendly washroom. Rob, the barista, was friendly, responsive, and helpful with drink recommendations. I ordered a large iced Lotus latte—good overall, though I personally would’ve loved a stronger Biscoff flavour. My friend enjoyed her matcha latte as well. They also offer sandwiches, pastries, and ice cream. Overall, a great café find and an excellent study spot. Would definitely return!
Great spot to pick up a latte! I’ve tried their Pumpkin, Matcha, and Maple Chai — all excellent. They offer a variety of milk options, including lactose-free, which is a big plus. They also serve artisanal ice cream, though it’s a bit too cold for that right now! I did, however, try their pistachio croissant — and it was incredible. A great Starbucks alternative and even better knowing you’re supporting local. Highly recommend! For more reviews ans recommendations follow @frxnfltz on instagram and TikTok.
Visited Scoops and Brew House and tried the vanilla latte and strawberry iced matcha latte. The matcha was smooth and refreshing, but a bit on the sweeter side, next time I’d ask for less sugar. The strawberry flavor was nice, though I would have loved if they used a fresh strawberry syrup for a more natural taste. The vanilla latte was good too and had a comforting flavor. Overall, a nice spot with quality drinks, just a few tweaks and it would be perfect!
First time going and the girl working made an amazing iced latte and had a fresh Nutella croissant. I’m very picky with coffee so I was extremely satisfied by how everything was done.
Staff is nice. Cafe and the bathrooms were clean. We got the Italian sandwich and it was solid. The matcha here is not worth it. I feel strongly that all staff should have knowledge of what’s in the food they’re selling. We asked if the cheesecake brownie has nuts in it due to an allergy and the staff member didn’t know.
Stopped by for a hot coffee on a cold winter morning. Decided to try the Nutella Latte, and man, was it a good decision! The coffee was smooth with just the right amount of flavor and sweetness from the Nutella. Making this the perfect drink for a warm winter pick-me-up! We'll definitely be back for their coffee and to try some of their amazing looking pastries as well!
