They laughed at my elderly mother after she ordered something not toasted and they toasted it, she told them she didn't want it warmed and they started laughing at her. She was really upset after, worst thing was that it was her birthday. Dont come here if your with older people..
The employees here are absolutely ignorant. They clearly can’t be in customer service if they speak with attitude. Definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone.
The last few times I’ve been here, I’ve had issues with their staff. I work in the mall, and the last time I went, I accidentally ordered sausage in my wrap instead of bacon, and told me “they already made it” and I would have to pay again. If that’s their policy, that’s a little much, but they spoke to me so disrespectfully and I’m always super nice to them. Also, they claim they close at 8, but they have nothing available after 7 other than donuts and drinks. I would appreciate if they had a bit more respect and treated their customers nicer.
Location in the food court close to the elevator. They have 2 mobile order machines and a line if you want staff service. They have a screen indicating the order number. Swift service.
Worst service I've ever experienced at any food service, not just Tim Hortons. Bad food Disrespectful staff I'd avoid this location, there are better options in and around the food court.
Extremely rude staff, gave me a wrong order plus lots of free attitude when I asked to exchange it. They didn’t have what I originally ordered so decided to return a fist full of change in return. Asked for a refund back to card (original method of payment) and they refused!!!
This is the only tim hortons in this specific area. The lines are always long and the wait time for a drink can vary from beginning to end from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. Sometimes they complete the order very quickly and sometimes people forget your order and it can end up taking a very, very long time. Again, they are very busy so mistakes are bound to happen. I frequent it a lot and my experience has been pretty negative, with orders completed frequently out of order, inconsistency, misinformation, miscommunication, missing items, and overall a dissatisfying experience.
