If you are looking for reliable, affordable, capable, and trustworthy PC repair in the GTA, Elitetek is it. After suffering a significant hardware failure, I began what was looking like a hopeless search: lots of shops but with so many poor reviews and shaky credentials. Then I found Allen at Elitetek. He diagnosed the problem, offered solutions, and provided a very reasonable quotation. A few hours later my PC is running again and is good as new, all my issues resolved. !! WARNING !! Although service was very good, the quality of work was very low. I came to fix my laptop, which was turning off by itself after a few minutes. I was given a (not so low) quote and left the computer to be fixed. After a week, the computer was ready. I took it home and indeed it worked! ….. for 1 day. Then it stopped working again (not turning on at all). I drove back and left the computer to be fixed again. After another week I was informed it was fixed and came to take it back, tested it in the store and was very happy. This time it worked! …. For 1 day! The same story happened about 5 times after which I was informed that the warranty for fixing it already expired but they will (do me a favor and) fix it again. Needless to say, the laptop is NOT working to this day and I decided not to keep driving every time to have this fixed, anyway, my warranty “expired”… so to whoever is reading this, please think twice before having your laptop fixed here!
