I had the pleasure of receiving a massage today from Rosvi Galsim, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. She took the time to properly stretch each muscle and, being both a certified Osteopathic practitioner and an RMT, she was able to target and relieve the lower-back pain I’ve been dealing with. Massages can be hit or miss, but I can confidently say Rosvi did an excellent job. Thank you again, I’ll definitely be back!
This is my go-to spot in the GTA for massages and men's pedicures. Always awesome customer service from the staff. RMT Rosvi is fantastic at what she does. I would recommend this spot 10 times out of 10.
specifically asked to make sure nails are dry. Had event next day and needed to wear running shoes. well after I took my shoes off next day ... they were smudged.
Update 2/28 After I gave the feedback about my displeasure, we got a message from Azam who is senior ménagement. He is a class act and contacted us personally to resolve the situation. All good, it shows the management cares about their business . Thanks again So… this place is something else…I wanted my wife to have a spa day since she has a stressful job, she was booked for a few treatments this morning at 10.15 am (April 16th). She was so excited and so was I.. the lady calls at 8.30 to tell us that they will be cancelling the appointment as the person who was supposed to work on this appointment is in the hospital!!! While I am totally sympathetic to that and wish her the best, it shows the owners unprofessionalism. When it comes to their appointments, they give you all sorts of caveats about getting their on time and charges for missed appointments etc..blah blah blah… but when they cancel on short notice it’s our problem? What about the wasted Sunday for my wife? She even dropped the kids to her sisters yesterday so she can truly enjoy the day today. Could they not really find someone else?? The least they could have offered is some sort of goodwill gesture for ruining her Sunday. So beware of these guys, when it comes to taking money.. they run around around with a credit card swiped in their pocket!! But they cancel at short notice with no regard for other people’s time. Total ‘S’ show! I guess they just lost a bunch of clients from my street!
I have been going to Sanctuary Day Spa for a while now and it’s been always a wonderful experience. The Spa is always clean and very welcoming. The staff is always friendly and helpful and professional. I really recommend the Sanctuary Day Spa .

I received a luxury pedicure at Sanctuary yesterday. I love this place, but I won't be back. The aesthetician who did my pedicure was sweet and gentle. She wad knowledgeable and helpful. However, the receptionist I talked to today was quite rude. I called to offer feedback and let them know that I was dissatisfied with my pedicure, because today I noticed that the polish had already chipped the day after the pedicure. This happens, no biggie. I paid for a luxury pedicure though, and I told the receptionist that I wasn't happy and her response was horrible. She offered to get me in for a fix this week. I am a busy mom. Finding time to come in for my pedicure was very difficult. I'm not able to go in for a fix. I actually had to order nail polish tonight so I can fix it myself. I asked if perhaps they could put some kind of a note or some kind of a discount on my account for next time I come in. She offered to put me in for a fix the following week. I again reiterated that it is very difficult for me to make appointments because I have a young child and a fix next week won't change that I have to fix it myself this week. She didn't seem to care. I also mentioned that I wasn't comfortable, because when I had booked my appointment and confirmed my appointment, I specifically asked what Covid protocol was in place at the spa. I specifically asked if all attendants would be wearing masks. I was told YES they would be. To my surprise when I arrived not one employee was wearing a mask. I am immune compromised, and I rarely go to establishments that don't have a mask policy in place. That's why I specifically asked. I was told that the rules changed on Thursday. Great, however, why wasn't I notified of that when I asked during my confirmation phone call? Also businesses that care about their clients usually send an email to their clients letting them know that Covid protocols have changed. I did not receive that email. Furthermore, the receptionist that cashed me out had a very obvious cold. So much so that she could barely speak and had to dart behind a privacy screen at the desk to try and compose herself. She was visibly congested. I didn't say anything at the time of my visit because, I didnt want to complain, but the attitude I got today was the last straw. I asked if I could speak with the manager, and I'm waiting for a callback. I will update this review if the manager calls back and makes things right with me; however, as it stands, I will not be going back to Sancturary Spa which is a shame. You would think businesses would care about keeping clients.... apparently not. Update: Manager called and agreed to put a note on my account for discount. She did insist that I was told about the change to masking policy. I won't be going back. 2 days after my pedicure and another nail is chipped....that's 3 total. And no I didn't bump or bang my foot. She also said the receptionist was not sick. Sure looked sick to me. Time to look for a new spa.
