We absolutely love Holiday Pet Care! My chocolate lab, Baloo, can’t wait to go every time — he practically pulls me through the door with excitement. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly care about the well-being of each dog. I always feel confident leaving him there, knowing he’s in loving hands, getting plenty of playtime, cuddles, and socialization. It’s clear the team knows dogs and creates a safe, happy environment for them. Thank you for giving Baloo his second home — we’re so grateful for you!

I have been bringing my Lab to Holliday Pet Care for 2 & 1/2 years now & He absolutely Loves coming to spend time with all his friends! The Staff here are absolutley phenomenal! They are so friendly & kind & so Loving to all the fur babies that come there! When I board my Lab there for a couple days, I miss him so much. I watch their videos they make with all the dogs playing together on Instagram & it honestly made my day!! When I drive my Lab there, he knows exactly where he's going & he gets so excited to get there to play with all his friends. It's quite sweet to watch. It truly warms my heart to know how safe & happy my Lab is there while I'm away. I trust all the staff more than anyone. When it comes to watching my Lab, they all Love him like he was theirs. I Love that! The reason I trust this daycare so much is because I had a bad experience with another dog training/boarding place & I explained to that person, my dog has a very sensitive stomach & to only give him the food I left for him, nothing else!! Even my vet sent a note to him to NOT give my dog ANY other food other than what I left for him! This person did NOT follow any instructions I left for him! He just did what he wanted. That infuriated me!! Due to this person not feeding my dog what I left for him, my dog was so sick for 2 weeks afterwards. I've Never seen my dog vomiting so much in his life. I was so scared for my dog as I had no idea what that person fed him. I had a nice vet bill after that too thanks to this inconsiderate person not caring nor listening to what I told him!! I told that person how sick my dog was after leaving his place for a few days, this person had the audacity to not take any ownership of what he did & told me he did nothing wrong to my dog. Some people don't deserve to be in control of our fur babies! After this disgusting experience, I will stay with Holiday Pet Care for as long as they are in operation. They Care! They Listen to Us!! They Respect what we tell them about our fur babies. I believe that's Important!! These questionnaire's are Important!! Would you just drop off your child to a stranger & not give them instructions on what to do & not do for our babies?? NO!! Then why not do the same for our fur babies! They deserve the same Love! This is why I trust them so much! They Listen to me. I let the staff know at Holiday Pet Care what had happened with this previous person. They thought that was so horrible, as did I. When I book my Lab overnight with Holiday Pet Care, they send me a questionnaire to fill out. I appreciate them sending this, I think it's a great idea! It lets them know everything I need them to know about my dog while he's there. I've boarded my Lab at another place when he was a puppy, before he was neutered, they never sent me a questionnaire about my dog prior to boarding which I thought was odd. I let them know when I dropped him off anyway! Every business that you board your fur baby at should do this! It's Very Important to know! I know everyone's different, but this is important information to know about your fur baby before you leave them with someone. My puppy is looking forward to coming back to play with all his friends again very soon!! THANK YOU TO HOLIDAY PET CARE & ALL THEIR STAFF FOR ALL THEY DO!! My boxer always enjoys her time here and can't wait to get out of the car upon arrival! The owner Cheryl and all the staff are absolutely lovely and you can tell they really care about the dogs. They are there when I need to chat or for advice. Couldn't reccomend enough!
I had a fantastic experience boarding my fur baby with them for a week. They took excellent care of him and kept me updated with pictures. When my dog started scratching his paws, the team promptly contacted me to check for allergies, washed his paws, and applied anti-itch treatment. They were very responsive to my messages and took great care of Bruno. Big shout out to the lovely team! ❤️
It is such a relief to come back from your holiday and find your dog ok, not stressed, with no change in his regular behavior. Daily reports and photos assured us he was having a good time, but actually seeing his reaction when we came back proved that Holiday Pet Care is the best! Thank you for all your care <3
This is the to-go place for our BLing when we have somewhere to go but BLing cannot come with us. BLing is always happy to go to and come back from the Day Care. She can make it meet K9 friends under supervision in our absence.
