Staff is friendly, the place is clean and safe. Our new puppy took to everyone instantly. Loacation is perfect, drop off and pick seamless. Although the prices may be a little higher than average, the value added is evident.
Have a lil Kitty that needs attention? Lily is a 100% certified cat whisperer. My cat who I can't even hold for 60 seconds, comes back from a spa appt with Lily and my grumpy, dreadlocked miserable kitty magically is turned into a completely groomed, immaculate, long-haired princess. Lily is magic. Make sure you make an appt with her.
As a Wellness Consultation client at Woofur, I have been extremely happy with all the information and holistic treatments Woofur has provided. When Theo , my mini golden doodle joined Woofur I felt extremely comfortable with all their day care practices . So when I found out they also offered a Wellness Consultation with Michelle I was intrigued to hear what she had to offer. I really wasn't expecting much. He had a list of stomach issues, as well as having pancreatitis. After speaking with Michelle in a very lengthy and detailed conversation, she suggested what I could do to help my Theo. Her approach to holistic healing is refreshing. She didn't just jump in; she took it slow and made a treatment plan to help my Theo. Over the first six weeks I saw a huge improvement in Theo, his stool was solid, his throwing up had stopped and his coat was soft and beautiful. She adjusted his treatment to help him continue improving and today I still follow her plan and my Theo is doing amazing. I love Woofur's holistic approach to pet care. It's one of the many reasons I chose Woofur for our fur baby. Luna loves going there and she gets so excited when she sees the staff and her furry friends. Michelle's advice and recommendation on food and supplements for Luna's pancreatitis was invaluable and made a world of difference for Luna in every way. The staff are also very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and accommodating. Thank you Woofur staff for making each of Luna's visits so much fun.
Our dog loves it here! We put him in 1-2 times a week to socialize and see his friends and he comes home and sleeps for at least a full day. Michelle and her staff are amazing and knowledgable! We have done all Reese's grooming here and he always comes out looking amazing. Their puppy training classes are also excellent and we are very happy with the results. 10/10 we all love Woofur.
We have a chow chow, Woofur is the only place that can properly groom her due to her very dense double coats. They are consistent with their quality of work and professionalism. Friendly staff that are knowledgeable with the breeds. Highly recommend!
