A number of years ago a private contractor put in a beautiful Cobra-manufactured front door. We had a problem with the handle mechanism and I went to meet with Marina at the manufacturer to see if they could help us out. Within minutes, Marina listened to our concern, made a phone call to one of their contractors and arranged for a door contractor to come out and fix the problem. I was very impressed with her prompt attention, her courtesy and professionalism. I strongly recommend Cobra doors !!!! Outstanding customer service!!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The quality of their product is terrible and their customer service/warrantee is a lot worse. Way too much to tell here so all I will say is that there are many other companies out there, "don't make the mistake in trying this one"
