Three stars based on a number of 5 star points and a few 1 star problems. First the good. Just as an aside the product was purchased from Rollpro but needed to be shipped 400 miles. Sales person was very polite, answered questions and guided us through the process. The shipping container and packaging was spectacular. Door arrived in perfect condition. Door was out 7x18 foot. Door works great and quality of product also great. Now the downside. Door arrived but no instructions were included. Through a few YouTube vids we got it all worked out. Finally all installed and working. The door has an opaque protective coating. As we removed the coating it was obviously it was the wrong colour. When I checked the quote and invoice, the quote said grey as we requested but the invoice said white. I take full responsibility for not noticing before I gave the go ahead. Texted the company to see what could be worked out but no reply. No way can I take the door down so asked if I could paint the door. Again no response. I see many replies from the owner after a bad review but there would be none if problems were addressed promptly. One other thing, nail down the shipping charges. It was expensive!
Very happy with the quality of the product. The whole process from ordering on line to installation was easy to do. Truly perfect for DIY. Glad we found this company.

Very pleased, with our cabana roll-up door. We had it installed, lovely job and very nice people to deal with. Roll Pro keeps you notified of the manufacture timing, when its ready for delivery, pickup or installation.
