We recently celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here. It was really disappointing that the venue was not prepared at all. First, they said that you have free “30 minutes” preparation. But while we were preparing random people came into the venue to “check the place” they were all over. Second, I told them that someone is going to do the backdrop so I needed a space for that but no we had to remove all the stuff at the front in order for the person that we hired to start doing the backdrop so we got delayed for that, third i also informed them that we were going to have photo booth but again we had to improvise and make space for the photo booth because they did not make space for it. 4th they said the package includes a welcome sign but we did not get that. All of those errors made our event so stressful and delayed. I also got charged $100 for staying extra 30 minutes to help clean up the place. I would never recommend this place.Description is not accurate at all. Im so disappointed.

I held my engagement party here and the setup and decorations were very nice . It was exactly what I wanted . Everyone loved the place and had a great time there
