One of their sales reps Roy Leads scammed me into a second contract and refuses to acknowledge any part of it. Every time I talk to him about the issue he makes up new lies and excuses that don't align. Installer did a good job but sales reps can be scammers be careful.
My fence just install 6 months, the vinyl panel was already off the parts twice in 6 month, they were fix at first time, 2nd time, they said beacsuse the wind, i was concern if it's installation fault, they didn't even go to site to take look, just said that need to charge it this time. and we did find other company to look it, they find it out the screw did not hook up with panel, this is the reason when the wind pass through, one panel was off, others will be off. their attitude was different from the beginning. i don't recommend this company. they are not prefessional, doesn't take responsiblity, very bad service. i understand they need to earn the money, but this is wrong way.

Just got my composite fence One word, “unbelievable”!!!!! Yes, I must say I had to wait for a while, but you know what, every day, hour and minute was worth it!!!!! I love it, my wife is happy (which between us, most important....) Thank you guys again and again!!!!!
After the windstorm I realized it will be hard to get a fence company quickly to install a new fence. Instead of putting back up the old wood fence I decided to replace with a more maintenance free product. I decided to go with quality and chose Eli and his team to complete my project. Although there were a couple of delays due to ground markings not present, we managed to get it all done. The actual installation was a breeze took 3 days and the end result as we excepted. With patience you get awesome results. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Signed a contract 2 months ago. Company made no attempt to even schedule a date for installation. Tried calling weekly. Office has no clue of anything, redirected to Rick who just kept provide empty promise that installation will be scheduled. It's not even like we have been having bad weather this summer. The person, Eli, who came initially for the contract negotiation disappear ever since taking my deposit. Everything sounds fishy & fraudulent. Follow-up: After I requested to cancel my order and asked for refund. The company magically managed to schedule time slot for the installer to come next day. The guys worked hard for the day and install my fence. Overall quality was okay with couple shoddy workmanship/quality. The bracket to the wall was not full length to the fence board/panel (see photo 1). The door was not squared. When I asked the installer, he first claimed that it's fine. When I place the level on top of the door and show him that it's not level, he acted surprised and says he doesn't understand why. Eventually, he blamed it on the door being manufactured poorly and there is nothing he could do. (see photo 2) I truly regret had used this company to install this fence. And I naively thought the quality would be good given they had charged quite a bit for a small fence. #NEVER AGAIN
