I dealt with Steven from start to finish. So knowledgeable, so patient (I changed my mind several times), I showed Steven my dream fence and budget and we were able to achieve both aesthetics and value without compromising durability and quality. This fence is super heavy duty. It’s takes two people to carry a panel. The image provided we still need to trim the posts to the height but just wanted to share our experience. My husband and I are not handy and we found this fence to install very easily. The longest part of the install was drilling the concrete. Overall we are incredibly pleased with our Medallion fence and outstanding customer service.
Due to the size of my project this was a fair size investment. I took time to check out a number of manufacturers products and ended up going with Medallion. Steven took the time over several emails answering all of my questions and reviewing their product features. What sold me was the coating they use on their steel and the larger sized rails which makes the fence visually more substantial. Highly recommend.
After 20 years, my medallion fence is going strong. However, I broke a part on my gate the other day and was unable to find a replacement until I contacted the company directly. They were immediately responsive and helped me find the part I needed. Fence is fixed, and good for another 20 years!!!
We are very happy with Stanton fence. Specially appreciative of Steven who helped us select a by-law compliant fence and arranged for installation with a third party. The fence looks lovely in our ravine backyard.
Have had Medallion Fence in the past and needed to add a couple of new panels to our fence. Other than difficulty getting the fence from Home Depot’s in the London, Ontario area, the service from Medallion was exceptional. We were connected directly to the General Manager who went way above the norm to make sure we were looked after. Love the product, last fence you will ever need!
Was very pleased with Medallion. Steve was inundated with 5 people wanting different configurations (gates, different sizes etc} for their yards. He handed everything very professionally and, most important, a timely manner. Installation crew did what was expected very quick and very good at their jobs, Schedule was for 2 days posts, 2 days fencing......done as promised, all within a week. Highly recommend Medallion, and products, if any fencing is required.
