My favorite treat to get at the mall is strawberry frozen yogurt. My favorite place to get it, is from Yogen Fruz. I’m so glad that almost every mall I frequent has one to satisfy my cravings. Frozen strawberries are used so you know it’s real fruit. In addition , it’s not overly sweet. It’s my go to for a refreshing treat whenever I’m at the mall.? Did you know that Yogen Fruz is Canadian and it was started in Thornhill, Ontario by two brothers? Knowing that I am supporting a Canadian company makes it taste even better!!

The Frozen Yogurt tastes awful and sour the portion was very small. The employee was the rudest employee I have ever met she said “I will not talk to you unless you buy something” 0/10 would never recommend if you are at promenade don’t buy anything from here it’s an overall awful experience. After all this happened I asked if there was a manager on site turn out the rude employee is the manager. I am very disappointed that a manager would act this way.
I have been here many times and the Bubble tea is always very good. The service is usually good as well, but I went today to buy some bubble tea and got the absolute WORST customer service experience. The lady at the counter was very rude when I was ordering and talked to me like I was stupid. She mocked me for asking if there is ice in the freshly brewed green tea or if it is served hot. I will not be returning due to this and will have to find a new bubble tea shop to go to. Very disappointed in this experience.
Very good selection of flavors that you can use to build your own as well as a nice selection of premade froyo if you're too lazy to choose. The rose green tea one was really and also looks very pretty. Overall a good place to stop by while shopping for a slightly more expensive, premium snack.
Been to other locations but this location is by far the best one.Very accomodating and always prioritizes costumers needs. Great selection of bubble tea, frozen yogurts and toppings.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. Enjoyed the cold drinks and the customer service was top notch. (Definitely coming back!).
