The lady at the cashier was extremely rude and spoke with no respect. She refused to give me a sample cup, but then gave one to the customer right behind me. I was shocked by her behavior..completely unacceptable.
Ever since getting the bad D word, I've had to avoid ice cream. But driving by today I remembered Frozen Yogurt exists. And this was definitely the place to go for it, some excellent flavors, and even some sorbet. Had to avoid all the best looking toppings, but there were some low sugar options. An excellent treat that didn't set off the little alarm on my arm.
The service and selection is generally good but the opening hours are wrong. It clearly says that this location is open until 11pm, both online and on the door but we came at shortly past 10pm and the door was locked. The hours should be updated.
It’s basically self serve so they just give you a cup and you fill it. The downside is it’s way overpriced and expensive so that has kept me from ever going back.
Worker is rude, my daughter walked in before me and she accused my daughter of stealing until i walked in and went to my daughter. We were going to walk out but then she threatened to call the cops as we already dispensed the frozen yogurt. My daughter told me all her friends always get accused of stealing and it’s always the one worker doing it. Please fix your staff’s attitude.

Popped in to Yogurty’s And ordered Taro Milk Slush. It was delicious. Creamy, flavourful and still felt light. I will be coming back for this item and next time I want to try their Froyo.
