I usually go to Esso, and this is the reason why. Car wash didn’t clean my car, after I paid for the premium one, left my rims still dirty, attendant refused refund or another car wash. Customer service was equally u helpful. Will continue to go To Esso moving forwards
My Brother in law bought gift cards and was end up the card pin was scratched and already used. Be careful buying cards from this station or anywhere. We called and said nothing they can do but at least do something to make sure it will not happen again.
I’m beyond furious about what happened at this gas station. My dad purchased gift cards here as christmas gifts, only to find out later that the PINs had already been scratched off and exposed. He didn’t realize this at the time, and when I called the station to address the issue, I was shocked by the rudeness of the person on the other end. When I asked why the gift cards weren’t checked for damage or tampering before being sold, I was met with a dismissive attitude and no accountability whatsoever. It’s basic responsibility for businesses to ensure the products they sell aren’t compromised, especially high-risk items like gift cards. This experience has left a terrible impression. Not only was my dad scammed out of his money, but the lack of customer care and professionalism from this gas station was appalling. I’ll be warning others to stay far away from this place.
Afternoon dhruvik cashier doesn't have manners to talk with customers, abusing bad words instead of helping. Thank you, Head office customer service to help and resolve this issue . Please do not prepay gas from app transactions. It will stop in the middle and cashier instead of resolving using bad words in native language
The Petro Gas station employees were very kind. The bathrooms are clean. Good gas. MY Main shout out is to the A&W restaurant inside! Awesome food and great service. The employees are always smiling and work hard. My order is always perfect and fast. Shout out to -Mandeep-Pukwray-Aman and Pura!
Wasted 10 mins only to find out they have no gas. Petro 1 block south closes gas station to focus on car wash. So you can get a wash but no gas. Smart. Update Went today and all machines down.
I want to like this place, it's super convenient for my commute and the A&W here is great! Updated because pay at the pumps seems fixed now so adding stars. Car wash is still useless and doesn't rinse the soap off your car.
