I just spoke to a rudest person in the staion. He was so rude and said that he didn’t care about anything, as I was waiting for 30 mins in the car wash to tell me that they are closed with me left to wash. The worst interaction from a person ever.
Horrible car wash do not use them !!! Went back in to show them my car and the gentleman said sorry nothing we can do , called head office and they got in contact with the station and he changed the story saying he offered a re wash which he didn't hence the reason why I had to call head office . Stay far away and go to an Esso or petro where they know what customer service is about !!! Horrible horrible horrible!!
07/01 , 11 pm; So poor service, asked some questions regarding Car wash and he was keep saying call customer service. He has no idea about car wash and not his job to guide anyone regarding car wash.
The only place in the area that I don't need to hold the nozzle to pump in! Esso watch and learn. I hate your pumps just because you are removing the pump lock!
I love filling up using shell 91 gasoline, although this locations touch less wash is horrible and has no management whatsoever. I purchased a carwash for about 16 dollars and it did not remove any stains off my vehicle which were basic mud and dirt stains, cashier gave me second wash which didnt help and then told me to call the shell customer service number. as i called them they asked me to speak with the cashier the cashier refused to do so and nothing was done about the situation. Petro Canada has better touchless wash stations
