Never had like this bad experience before, bad service. When I saw that the gas price was very cheap, it was only 11:30 and I had just paid with my credit card when the gas price suddenly jumped back to the expensive level. So stupidly! Petro Canada ! Is it really good for Canadians?
I called in hopes to find the location of a certain station and the female attendant said to look it up in google maps and hung up on me. I called again twice and she didn’t pick up. When I called again, i reidentified myself and she hung up again…so so rude!!
What a great experience I had today. Satwinder was awesome greeted me with a smile and did I nice job promoting the car wash promotions. Good job thanks
The woman cashing me out at 12:30PM December, 17th, 2024 was coughing non stop all over the food she was scanning and handing back to me, beyond disgusted she didn't even attempt to turn her head or cover her mouth, basically covered her mouth with the snacks and gifts I was buying, please somebody talk to her about this. Only woman working this day at this time.
Basic car wash does not clean vehicle properly. Always residue left on exterior and both front and back window. Just like their receipts at self serve pump are either empty or the paper gets jammed because they don't bother to check until customer has to walk inside I believe they forget to turn hot water on and add soap to these overpriced car washes that you can't even clean your mats at. Even the superwash leaves dirty back windows and spots on your car. Rip off. Oh and not to mention the scanners also take 6 or 7 tries of the car wash ticket before it lets you go through
Satwinder is the best Petro Canada has. Please give her a promotion! She provides great customers service, and very informative on promotions. Such a delightful person as well! Thanks Satwinder. Petro Canada seriously give her a promotion, raise in pay or something, she's a top tier employee.. best I've come across
