Entire Home where do I even begin?? They are truly unprofessional and unreliable They don't come when they're supposed to They corossed me previously to right a positive review. They are deceivers, the materials they use look very vice,but is cheap already things are falling apart The drainer for the bathroom sink gets karoded so quickly Have constantly monitor it and clean it They were supposed to have come back in the new year to complete the touch ups never did They put a construction lien on my house of 13,000 and constantly harrass me for payment I plead with hard working individuals please do yourself a favor, research and go with a reputable, reliable and integral company Clearly Entire home is not one Be cautious about this company two individuals have already left this company due to unethical practices There is a civil suite against this company When the switched out my toilet they didn't do it properly, I had to call a plumber because it was causing water damage from the upstairs toilet into the laundry room ceiling. If the amazing plumber didn't come the time he did it would have caused huge water damage They stated in December 2024 they would come back and do the touch ups, they never did. Had to call others to do it
What stood out most was their reliable service; they communicated clearly throughout the process and delivered exactly as promised. The water heater installation was seamless, leaving no mess behind, and their eco-friendly options were impressive.

PLEASE DON’T GO WITH ENTIREHOME; Choosing Entirehome was a wrong choice in our life. We paid 40k CAD around 16 months ago, in Sept-2023 through FinanceIt, and there is almost zero progress till date, end of Jan-2025; We have been paying monthly payments for high ROI with Financeit. Feedback for Entirehome: - Unprofessional management - they don’t respond to your emails, calls, messages - People like me choose contractors because they take care of everything working with Designers, City for permits etc; PLEASE DON’T EXPECT THAT FROM ENTIREHOME. - You have to follow up with these departments and Entirehome’s ONLY goal is to eat your hard earned money Entirehome is giving us a tough time by - NOT continuing with the project - NOT confirming with Financial institution, FinanceIt so that, we can plan going with other builders We are already in a mental stress, lost of almost a year rent. Entirehome is NOT the renovation company and they are simply SCAMMERS
I strongly advise caution when considering Entire Home for any renovation projects. My experience with them during a basement renovation project, which began with a contract signed on Sept-2023, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying $40,000 upfront, only partial framing and minimal HVAC work have been completed that too happened when I chased them constantly-approximately 5% of the total project is completed till date (Over the span of 1 year 4 months) Key issues that I encountered during this process: 1. **Permit Delays:** Over a year later, the building permit is still not approved as of today, Jan 29, 2025. Initial assurances about quick processing by their in-house architects were all empty promises by Entire Home. 2. **Lack of Accountability:** I had to personally follow up with architects and city officials. Upon my follow-ups I was even told that delays were due to payment issues on Entire Home’s part, despite their claims to the contrary. Despite paying them upfront they’re not even fulfilling the payments for architects so what’s the point in paying upfront as deposit. 3. **Unfulfilled Financial Obligations:** Additionally Entire Home asked me to cover a $5,000 city deposit out of pocket, despite my initial payment supposedly covering all expenses where they promised me there would be no extra charges above the contract in place. 4. **Personal and Financial Stress:** The delays have caused lost rental income and ongoing high-interest loan payments through FinanceIt, for work that remains incomplete. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, including offering fair solutions like resuming work or terminating the contract with partial refunds, Entire Home failed to take any meaningful action. Their lack of communication and accountability has been deeply frustrating. I urge all relevant authorities to intervene and help customers like me to avoid further financial harm and homeowners should stay away from these kind of companies to not to loose their hard earned money. Homeowners should steer clear of this company to avoid similar hardships.

I had very bad expeirences with contractors in the past. Contractors that would over promise but always underdeliver. They only did half of my flooring and left the rest unfinished even though they took my money. I asked my friends at work if they know anyone that could finsih the job and one of them reffered me to Entire Home. As you can see Entire Home did an outstanding job for me and they had very fair pricing. They assigned a project manager dressed in a full suit with a long coat (which was unusal for a contractor) to my case to phase the project accordingly. They always arrived 10 minutues early from when they were supposed to start and kept me updated at all times. The contractors and the project manager were very organized and on top of everything they offered me a low amount monthly subscription to cover all damages. Very happy with this company and their work. Highly recommended.
