Five stars are not enough to describe our level of satisfaction with Sosna. From the initial discovery meeting with the project adviser, Jolene, to the completion of our basement renovation, the Sosna team demonstrated not just the highest level of professionalism, but also genuine care for our interests. I have the deepest gratitude for Camila, our designer, Dante, the estimator, Roman, our project manager, and, of course, Sergey and Nazar who were here seven o’clock sharp every work morning, whose hard work ensured the project was completed within a very tight timeline. Sosna also has a whole sleuth of electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, flooring installers, painters and other needed tradespeople to call upon so that it was worry-free for our part, although I had it on good authority that our esteemed project manager did lose sleep over it! Finally, I’d like to commend the Sosna team for their attention to details for not just completing projects, but projects that they and their clients can be proud of. I know that whenever we are in the basement, we will remember the Sosna team fondly!
After having our first floor (and more) renovated 3 years ago, we started having problems with one of our drawers under the sink. We found that there was a slow leak (which we had repaired) which was draining into the bottom drawer and not visible. When we contacted Sosna, they came out an replaced the drawer at no cost to us, within a day.
Design phase for our upcoming renos was superb. Olga, our designer, was incredibly collaborative, supportive and just the right amount of challenging (when we needed her to be!!!). She taught us so much, truly listened to our wants and desires, and worked with us to ensure we ended up with a design that we love visually, AND that will be practical and functional for us to live in. She was a dream to work with, as is the rest of the Sosna team!
The team at Sosna transformed our house with skill and efficiency. They really took time to understand our needs and are very attentive to details. Although the price is above market average, the services and quality of work worth every penny. As busy working professionals, we only made occasional visit to the contraction site. The team was always on schedule and actively communicated with us during the construction. The outcome is amazing. Special thanks to Chantal, Daniel, Leo and Gus, they truly make this a smooth experience.
