Sells mystery boxes of Puma polos claiming every polo is worth 90$-110$, then send you old polos with 70$ price tags on them. Could find the same polos in other store for 40$. Their false claims on the website leaded me into buying their products, witch goes against canadian consumers laws. Will never buy from them again.
The golf shirt sizes... "as described" are all over the map! A large in the Donald Ross shirts can be measured at different widths and lengths in the shoulders, overall length and sleeves. I ordered 2 large shirts that were CLEARLY different measurements! However, the return process hasn't been an issue yet.
Went into their retail space today. It’s not exactly a well laid out shop but the staff were super helpful in finding what I was looking for! Definitely worth it if you know what size you’re looking for then order it online. Otherwise they are helpful in finding it for you in person to try on.
I've got nothing but good things to say. They carry very high end golf apparel and shoes at highly discounted prices. Shipping is fast, or the store in Vaughan (Toronto) is a great pick up point. I've met the ownership and they are friendly and give you a feeling of confidence. If I want to nit pick they could be better with online communication, but pick up the phone and they are right there. Recommended (unless you are my size.....)
I ordered a pair of sunglasses that had a defect. I advised customer service (Mary and Paul) They asked that I provide a photo. 2nrs later they shipped another pair. Hands down best customer service I have ever dealt with. They have a customer for,life
Online shopped for years and have never experienced such poor customer service. Gotta give it to Paul, such poor customer service is a rarity….I think Same story as some of the 1-star posts: placed an order online, the merchant charged my credit card but didn’t deliver the merchandise. Asked for a refund but no response. Full disclosure, Paul did respond once and said he would looking into this…….a few moments (days) later…..I am now disputing my charge with my credit card company. Very frustrating and disappointing with this experience.
Ordered a pair of NB golf shoes over the weekend and they were ready for pick up on Monday. I tried the shoes there and they fit as expected. The price was right as well. Met Paul (owner) and Jordan, both great guys. Great experience. Would definitely recommend!
