the bread they gave us was hard as a rock and they didnt let us change it becaeuse we "touched it" and the women's attitude was so negative and her was just looked annoyed
I placed an online order on an item that appeared to be in stock on October 7, and a month later, I have no updates on my order nor are they responding to my emails about a refund. They went completely dark on me. I’ll be calling the better business bureau to file a formal complaint.
I bought bread from this bakery, but unfortunately it wasn’t fresh — it tasted like it might have been from the day before. I’ve had a similar issue before and was told I’d need a receipt to exchange it, so I didn’t go back this time. Disappointed with the quality.
The bakery was amazing! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Will dine in again. The cashier Roni was so helpful and polite. 10/10 would dine in again.
The girl working inside was extremely rude while I was shopping and complained that I had just asked a simple question about a product, was looking at me so offended and angrily because ı was sımply shopping from there. Nobody should go here
