Gym itself: OK. Nice and clean everytime I went. However, the experience I've received from their HQ has left such a sour taste in my mouth. 1. A person who I don't know was added to my account and the gym started double-charging me. When I tried to get this person off my account, it took them 2 weeks to respond to me. They only responded because we called in and threatened to sue. Their response was: "the signatures on the contract matched". In order for me to see my own contract, I had to contact another person, the privacy officer. Upon seeing my contract, it was clear that the signatures did not match at all. So why did they tell me that the signatures matched? 2. I had to file a dispute through my financial institution after being told by members of Goodlife that I had in fact signed for someone else and that the signatures matched. 3. I made sure there was nothing left to pay on my account before cancelling my membership. Cancelling my account took 3 attempts because they kept trying to make me stay. 4. Months after cancelling, Goodlife sends an email saying that I owe them more money. I emailed them back with a screenshot of my last transaction, and they have yet to respond to me.5. I have not received a single apology from this company for their mess up. I cannot believe this company. I highly advise that people check their bank accounts because apparently this company is notorious for unauthorized withdrawals.
Location is good, all nice and organized, only the washroom members need to have more consideration to the others, garbage on the floor and towels, the space inside is good because is more locations around this area.
Not bad, pretty clean but honestly too small to do a long workout. Best not to go at peak hours, all machines will be taken up. I would give 5 stars if it was bigger.
The place looks nice and clean. However, their towels looked a bit dirty. This is the only goodlife ive gone in to that have towels with brownish and yellowish discolouration (2 towels i got that day). Im not sure if they are using enough bleach on their towels, but yeah they look filthy.
Great fitness club in nice area .. well kept not one of the club's with the bigger and higher quantity of machines and weight but good enough to still get a great workout ..clean quieter atmosphere " fitness" club is an accurate description ... Female attendant at front desk (September 14 th 2018 late evening) greeted me and was professional with a genuine smile not something I typically experience at the other GoodLife clubs. I would recommend this club to anyone young or old
