I have no idea who would give this place a good review. Their customer service is non existent! Your order will take forever! you will NOT get any update on its status and any attempt to get it will take days if not weeks. Eventually when it will finally arrive if you are lucky, you will NOT get notified unless you bombard them with calls and emails for follow ups. And finally, if you have any issues with the order, good luck getting any response from them. They will bluntly ignore you!

Extremely helpful in tracking down deadlock latch replacement to finish a project. The gentleman I spoke with talked me through the ordering process as well . Excellent costumer service.
Update to old 1 star review on contact and resolution from company. On the plus side they did supply and dispatch the correct door hardware that was otherwise difficult to find, and sent it out for next day UPS delivery. This is fine. On the down side there is no recognition that you should update your customers on their order status 2.5 weeks after they place it. Nor should you never answer your phoneline or web chat when customers repeatedly try to use it. Would I order again? Maybe. If they sort out their communications.
