Stephanie Berardinucci helped me get a significantly better rate than my previous broker (about 50% cheaper than what I had been told was the best they could find). She's great at answering any questions I had regarding different coverage options and also found the answer to why my insurance had gone up significantly the previous year under a different broker who couldn't be bothered to even look into it. Have been calling all morning, multiple times with no response or call back. Now, even the receptionist is not picking up either, who tried connecting me to multiple agents that I was told were in office but nothing. Very unprofessional and disappointed to say the least.
