Probably the worst experience I have ever had setting up an insurance policy. I was speaking to Donna, a representative at this brokerage, and was quoted a premium based on 12 months. After signing and finalizing, I was then told it was going to be based on 11 months, causing the premium to go up. Not to mention the deductibles weren’t even accurate the first time. Good thing I read the paperwork before signing. I then wanted to cancel the policy as this was not what I agreed on, and was quoted the cancellation fee would be about $400. You should probably tell your customers information like this prior to signing up. Anyways, Donna proceeded to cancel my insurance, and I just received my bill for a total of $476. So not only was the initial insurance quote false, the cancellation fee was also false. Not to mention it took about a week to just cancel the policy. Never have I experienced such headache to obtaining insurance. An absolute terrible brokerage to deal with with false quotes. 0/5 stars if I could rate this awful brokerage. Stay away. The fact I need to pay $475 after all this headache is an absolute joke.

I SPOKE TO AN AGENT MORE THEN A WEEK AGO ABOUT TRANSFERRING A LARGE PACKAGE - (BUSINESS INSURANCE, HOME INSURANCE, COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AND 2 PERSONAL VEHICLES) INSURANCE FROM ANOTHER BROKER TO LEVITT INSURANCE, AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM TO DATE !!! THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE ! WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THE SAME. LIAT SHERMAN
