I purchased a $10 High Powered Açaí on December 8 at approximately 6:00 PM. The drink was extremely watery—closer to the consistency of juice than a smoothie. I asked the employee to remake it, but he refused, stating that this was the intended consistency. However, videos and photos of the same drink online show it to be significantly thicker. Given the price, I was dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and the customer service. The attached photos show how liquid the drink I received was (first two photos) compared to reference images of the same item online (last photo), particularly when poured.
I’ve come to this location many times, but today was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. I specifically asked for the snack size, and the staff kept pushing me to get the regular size, saying it was only $2 more. I repeated that I wanted the snack size, but they still charged me for the regular size without telling me. I didn’t realize until I got my drink and checked the receipt. When I told them, they didn’t apologize—they told me I was wrong and literally walked away. So rude and unprofessional. I’m done with this place, and honestly, you should be too.
One of the most cleanest Booster Juice I have ever seen. Staff is above and beyond, very friendly. good options in fresh juices, I love the Red Sunrise! so tasty and freshly squeezed.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this visit left me shocked and disgusted. The customer service was hands-down the worst I’ve ever experienced. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me—and when they did, they were abrupt and unfriendly. What’s worse, while I was waiting, I actually saw a cockroach crawl across the floor behind the counter. I’m not exaggerating. I pointed it out to one of the employees and they just shrugged like it was normal. That’s absolutely unacceptable in any food establishment. The entire place was filthy—sticky counters, overflowing garbage, and the blender stations looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in hours. It made me question the cleanliness of everything they were serving. To top it all off, the manager was completely unprofessional. I tried to calmly bring up my concerns, and instead of addressing them, she got defensive. She clearly didn’t care about the state of the store or the experience of the customers.
Worst smoothie ever. We love Booster Juice, but this location is very disappointing. Drink tasted watery nothing like a smoothie, and also missing ingredient from the menu.
Love this Booster Juice location! Strawberry Storm Smoothie is a must-try - sweet, refreshing, and packed with strawberry goodness! The staff is very Friendly and they have lots of healthy options available to choose from.
Every time I visit this booster juice I have been served by a girl with short hair or occassionally a tall girl with glasses and I have never had any issues with them, both are very kind to me and make the smoothie exactly as I ask. On this most recent visit I was served by a man and I can safely say I will NEVER be returning to this booster juice again. He was extremely rude and condescending to me for no reason. I was asking simple questions about the new menu as I have a dairy allergy and was met with rudeness and hostility. He even openly rolled his eyes at me. I’m not one to leave reviews but is this what booster juice stands for? After receiving my smoothie I took one sip and put it straight in the trash because I knew he had ignored my requests and put yogurt in it even after reminding him several times not to because of my allergies. Guess he was too busy rolling his eyes at me. Booster juice, you have lost a loyal customer after this experience and anyone else out there who has an allergy, i suggest you choose a different booster juice!
