My experience was extremely bad when them , they don’t know how to treat a customer and they putting apples to the juicer directly without removing stickers and washing them ,and when i said him that it doesn’t came under health and safety he just told me that i will do like this you wanna take you can otherwise i will just refund. The guy working there doesn’t tell his name , he is very rude and i will definitely complaint to canada health department
We had a very disappointing experience here. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for an extra glass for our baby and even offered to pay for it, but they completely ignored us and instead kept talking to each other in another language. This is not the level of service we expected.
The guy working left like an inch of the white part on the watermelon. The juice tasted very pulpy and not sweet. All this while paying 10 dollars for it. Never coming again
I had a very disappointing experience at Refuel Juicery. I ordered the Mango Tango Slush, which I had enjoyed a few days earlier. However, this time it was made with raw mangoes and tasted extremely off. When I politely mentioned the issue, the staff member responded by adding a large spoonful of sugar in front of me and said, “This will make it tasty.” I was shocked — I'm intentionally trying to avoid excess sugar and didn’t expect such a response. When I said I couldn’t have that much sugar, she got defensive and kept arguing that it was their "best drink" and there was no way it could taste bad. Instead of offering a helpful solution, she made me feel like I was in the wrong. After some back and forth, I calmly asked if I could switch it to orange juice instead — after all, I had just spent $14. Her attitude only worsened, and she continued to throw a tantrum, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and replaced the drink. But the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). For a premium-priced drink, I expected much better service and customer care.
I ordered sugarcane juice. Was so exciting for it, turned out it was horrible so sad. The drink tasted like old, moldy. I can tasted it and not just the taste, even the colour of the drink looked so dark like dark brown instead of green. So disappointed
Don't waste your money on this garbage. Ordered a bubble tea slushie. Keyword slushie. Got lukewarm prepackaged juice with tapioca in it. Owner and helper didn't care and just added some ice cubes to the juice. Didn't seem to even know what a slushie was supposed to be like.
I had the mango tango it tasted dreadful it was horrible and the orange juice they added was not fresh they say it was fresh but it was garbage, the fruits they used were rotten it tasted rotten too. Their "fresh watermelon juice" was really bad and not fresh. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very rude and did not want to return my money or give me something else they did not care. DO NOT GO TO THIS JUICERY IT IS GARBAGE THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR JUICES. If you guys do return the juices why didnt mine get returned?
