Top Bus provided transportation for our U15 hockey team. The driver was on time, he was friendly and helpful. He even took some of the parents to a restaurant after dropping the team off at the rink. He went above and beyond what was required. Great job!
This company is absolutely disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves. I booked a limo for myself and 7 of my friends for our prom 2 weeks in advance back in May. On the day of my prom, 5 MINUTES before the arranged arrival time I got a call saying the limo was in a supposed car accident and was unable to pick me and my friends up. The worker on the phone gave me two options, I either had to wait an hour for a replacement or I could get a full refund. I asked for the full refund as my friends and I had to arrive at the prom in 30 minutes because the doors closed after that and we wouldn’t be allowed in. On a big night that was supposed to be full of fun and partying we instead were left stranded at my friends house with no transportation to our prom. We thankfully got rides from some friends and their parents but this whole situation was extremely inconvenient and stressful. On the phone with the worker who informed me the limo was not coming I asked multiple times if I would get a full refund as per the contract signed I was supposed to receive a full refund if the cancellation was due to the driver or company and no fault of my own. After the night of prom I kept waiting for the refund but it never arrived. My father and I called the company 10+ times to ask about the refund and each time we have been met with the same made up excuses that the request is being processed. At one point I was even told the refund would be sent within a few weeks. That was 3 months ago. My father even submitted a claim on better business bureau and we have been met with no resolution. It has been over 5 months of waiting for a refund and none has been sent, not even an apology or explanation. I fully believe this company is a scam out to get your money and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Worst experience ever and no one should ever book with them.
If I could give this company less than 1 Star, I would. We booked them for my daughter's grad on May 30. We received a call 5 mins before the scheduled pickup time and they informed us that their car was involved in an accident and they won't be able to service us and would issue a refund. Since, then I have logged over 10 phone calls to them and have not received a refund. I have also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would never recommend this company and believe they are a complete fraud. Stay away from them!
I would not recommend this company to anyone and would actually encourage people to look elsewhere. We hired this company for our wedding day, spent ~1500$ for a 20 person Limobus and provided them with very clear instructions regarding timeline of the day, on several occasions. The company even called us to review the timeline a day or two before which felt assuring. Come the day of, they were an hour late to pick up my now wife, the bride to be, causing her to be 1.5 hours late to our first look. She ended up taking an uber to the venue to avoid being any later, and showed up crying due to being so overwhelmed. We called the Limobus several times during the waiting period and they didn’t answer. We then messaged them and they responded defending the driver being late, saying he was exactly on time. We have several emails and text messages with the itinerary to prove otherwise. We then tried to contact them after the wedding to discuss this further and they ignored us on MULTIPLE attempts. The driver was not only late bringing the bride to the first look, but they were late driving the bridal party from the first look to the venue as well. Causing our ceremony and whole reception to be an hour late. This transpired horribly and I can honestly say it put a huge wrench in the day. The transportation is a vital piece of things going smoothly on this day you get once in a lifetime. I would suggest that no one trusts this company with this responsibility.
Driver Navjot was great. The company ended up over booking and forced the driver to leave early with all of our things. No one at head office cared to help me find my stuff, which included medication. Be aware that they are not open 24 hours. If you need customer service after 6pm, good luck finding someone that'll pick up your call. Even during the day customer service is abysmal.
This is the second time we have used Top Limo. Our driver, Kevin, got us to the airport in good time. He was friendly and very respectful. It made the trip way less stressful because was familiar with the airport.
Our driver showed up early. In snowy weather not doing this can cause panic! Everything was loaded into the vehicle quickly including us. We made it to the airport safely. The vehicle was clean and the driving was good. I only have two issues. One, there was a fragrance either on the driver or in the vehicle. My husband has a very sensitive nose and he tried not to breath too much on the ride. Two, the driver drove in the left hand lane of the 401 all the way. The law requires vehicles to keep to the right most lane on all 400 series highways. The left lane to be used only for passing another vehicle and is not a cruising lane.
