Staff from both locations very friendly and knowledgeable! They had a lot of options. I purchased a mattress from here on the day I was moving and requested if I could have it delivered same day. I had my service elevator booked after hours of their business however they were able to make it work and deliver later than usual. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress. We tried a ‘bed in a box’ because we have an older house and can’t fit a new king size up the stairs. I ended up with severe back pain. We came to Queensway Mattress and ended up with twin XL Kingsdown mattresses. These are a perfect solution to our problem and very comfortable but with great support. All of the staff are knowledgeable and go beyond excellent in terms of customer service. 100% recommend them.
The experience was okay here. On the plus side, they have plenty of mattresses in a clean showroom. Many of them say they are Canadian-made. However the showroom didn't have any cut-away samples to show the actual layers of the mattresses, like the types of foam, springs or latex. So we didn't feel confident to make a decision today.

Ordered my third mattress from Queensway recently (king size Harmony TT). The gentleman I spoke to was incredibly patient as my mom tried mattresses in the store. Delivery came within expected timeline. Shane and his colleague were very accommodating (took off their shoes and brought the mattress up to the top floor of our house). From beginning to end, I could not have asked for a better experience!
